Bosch 3 24LB Rebuilt Injectors from FIC- OK or NOT ?
I am planning to change the injectors and all the TPI gaskets and seals on my 85 .
Found a good deal for a complete set of Bosch3 24lb on a site called - fuelinjectorconnection.com . Are these guys ok ?
Are these rebuilt injectors OK ?
Thanks .

How do you know he isn't padding the report to make himself look good? I know because I log down what I send him so I know how blocked the injectors are and I also test them when they come back. So far, he reports agree, within reason with what I send him and when he sends back. IOW, he is doing what he says and no padding involved.
Yes, you can say I have trust issues.

Hi !
I put a set of these injectors in my manual trans 85 last year and deleted the cold start injector. They work great. The car runs a little bit on the rich side. I prefer it this way, because I use my Vette mainly in drag racing with a 150 hp shot of nitrous. I can take fuel out of the mix with a little bit smaller fuel jets in the nitrous system. This works fine for me, but if you have to pass smog, it could be you must go into the tune of the ECM. A adjustable fuel pressure regulator turned down all the way is not enough to get the L98 running more to the lean side.
How do I know she is running a little rich? I got a wide band 02 sensor installed so I can see the mix all the time. So I can lift and shut down the nitrous if things go to very lean to prevent unnessesary KABOOM

I'd send him the cold start injector for service You don't want to have to take it apart again. Also change the fuel pressure regulator diaphragm while you are there.

I think he has them.in stock Don't forget to ask him if he can send you the cold start injector and you send him the old one or whether he needs to service yours.

Don't forget one o ring at top of injector and two at bottom, FIC will supply them like that for a reason. Of you don't have the two at the bottom, the fuel pressure forces the injector down enough to leak out the top. The extra o ring prevents that.
