Headlight motor agony
So, I had to replace my headlight motor because of a crack in the motor housing. I also found a crack in the horse shoe so found a used one. Got everything back together and this is what I get
When I turn on the headlights, the drivers side lights and stays closed; the passenger side opens and lights. When I turn the lights off, the drivers side goes off and moves to open position. The passenger side works normal. I replace the motor on the drivers side. Are these motors polarized? Not sure if that is correct term, but could wiring be reversed when it was remanufactured?

I read the following from a Google search leading back here
"That was it; I had the motor on backwards. I just flipped the motor and its now working perfectly. Thanks for the help everyone. "
The motor will only mount one way to the bracket right? I will try to post link to thread

You buy a new motor? Or a used motor?

Swap the wires.
