I just bought a 84 Corvette with upgrades pushing about 450 hp, but with the stock fuel pump. It staggers in the higher rpms and I dont know what fuel pump would be best. Any help?

Always helps to mention the year of the car. In fact, it even helps to add the info in your profile. Location is also a help.
The LT1 C4's had a fuel cutoff in the ECM that was (I think) about 5800 RPM. The engine could wind higher than that by editing the cutoff in the ECM. Does the car have a tune that did that? If not, the ECM is probably what is causing the stumble. The OEM pump should be good for higher RPM's.
In any event, it would be a good idea to replace the fuel filter and pull the pump assembly and check the "sock" in the pickup for any clogging.
