Hi I’m new to the forum. I have a 1995 base corvette auto with 41k miles on it. I woke it up from sleeping for 10 years. In the process I had to put a new fuel pump in it. Immediately after doing that and draining the gas I changed the fuel filter as well. I put a new battery in it and changed all of the fluids and she started rite up. She did run pretty rough so I started by going through the normal and getting her back to what she was. In the process I changed the injectors and put all new ones in. K&N filter. New fuel pressure regulator as well. Cleaned the EGR valve and it seems to function correctly. I also noticed the leak in the intake towards the back so I took that apart and fixed the leak. In doing so I cleaned the throttle body out as well as cleaned the Icv. Now for the possible issues. I changed the spark plugs and the passenger rear was a real pain as a lot of you know. With the ratchet only clicking one click at a time I feel it took forever and think it went in correctly but have nightmares and doubt myself that I may have cross threaded it. I have driven the car a few hundred miles and nothing has shown that I did cross thread it if I’m suppose to know. Since from the very beginning g she has a slight misfire or stubble at idle. It seems more noticible when it gets warmed up. I continue to replace all of the spark plug wires TPIS and no change. I ran the codes and found I need to change the icm and coil which auto Zone tested and it came up bad. Still no change and idled rough. I checked all of the vacuums for leaks and came up with nothing. Today I ran the codes again through the paper clip and received a h64 which is the right o2 sensor. I’m asking all of anyone has had an experience with these issues and would the o2 sensor make it run funny in which it stubbles like that. Or can my nightmare come back to haunt me with a possible cross threaded rear spark plug which would cause the car to trip the o2 sensor? No check engine light is on either.
I have a C5 but maybe I can help...you definitely need a scan tool in which you can look at your O2 sensors and fuel trims...if your O2 sensor is reporting a false "rich" condition it will command the PCM to "take away" fuel and there is your stumble...I'd also check your MAF sensor....you'd need a DVOM but a scan tool would be a better choice to use !!
Ok thanks for the help. Since the other day I unplugged the battery and ran the codes again and cleared them. The h64 never came back after running it. I then decided to check the fuel pressure. It’s at 34 at idle. The injectors I changed were the bosch IIIs. Should it be that low?

My 2001 fuel pressure with KOEO (key on engine off) is 55-62 psi...at idle 3-10 less than KOEO...pressure should not drop more than 2 psi in 5 minutes (1995 and 2001) your KOEO should be similar to mine...maybe someone had the ‘95 factory spec for fuel pressure...if it’s the same as mine your pressure is too low !!...another thing...at idle your pressure should NOT drop when snapping the throttle !!
