Default Throttle body question

Should there be vacuum hose connected to the bottom of the TB ??? Right now it is just plugged off....

Depending if emissions equipment is removed or hoses rerouted.

Possible someone bypassed the coolant passages?

yes the coolant lines are plugged off... but my question was should a vacuum line be connected to the bottom of the TB?

Yes but since emissions are removed, you have an empty nipple hence my suggestion of the nipple cap until you can figure it out
