I think that if you turn on the A/C and unplug the hi-side hi/low pressure sw both fans should come on.
Although this post has good intentions of helping the information is not correct. Let me tell you some of the actual things that really happens.
It is confusing as to what pressure switch the post referees to so I will address them both.
If the low press switch is disconnected and the key is turned to ON, engine started, and A/C selected, the compressor will not engage and left side fan will not start. The scenario is the same if the high pressure switch is disconnected. If you did all this, there may be some codes to clear even though the SES light will not light.
If you turn on the A/C with all connected normally, the left side fan will run.
There is no built in test to run the right side fan. If you have a Tech 1 or Tech 2, you can test the right side fan. Or you can ground the blue wire (#473) for the relay of the secondary fan and the fan will run with just the key to the ON position (no run).
The 93s and earlier have different ALDL connectors which are 12 pin and have different capabilities.
