Default 87 Corvette
I have an 87 Corvette that will crank but not turn over while checking the fuses came up with .06 to the ECM fuse and after I shut off the key the horn blows once randomly can anyone help please? Thank you

Ask in the C4 forum for sure, but if it's cranking, then it is turning over, right? Perhaps just not starting?

Start with checking the engine codes via the paperclip method. You should at least get a code 12, which indicates the ECM is probably working okay. Any more codes may indicate a related issue.

What do you mean by "not turn over"?
