Fuel pump relay issues

1984 Fuel pump relay issues
So I have the long crank then it starts (because of the oil pressure switch working) and I've been trying to get the car to start normally. The relay has power through the "e" port and the ground "b". But the relay or the fuel pump fuse isn't turning on for the 2 seconds to build pressure. Any help is appreciated.
