1991 L98 Electrical Issue
We are the original owners of a turquoise metallic '91 coupe with 63k original miles. The car has every available option with the automatic transmission, and still presents as new.
Today on a run I noticed a weird electrical problem just developed.
The radio won't turn on and the antenna won't come up. The clock displays 1:00 and can't be changed. The temp shows 80 even though it was much hotter. The gas gauge shows all bars, even though the tank is not full. The courtesy lights don't come on with the doors, but do with the hatch.
The car starts and runs as normal and the A/C works fine. The FX3 ride control also works fine and the hood lights come on when the hood is opened. I pulled and checked all fuses and all were fine.
This would seem indicate either corrosion at a plug, relay, or ground connection.
Anyone have any idea where to look? Is there a schematic available online?
