Default high idle

Glen 93 LT1 C4 Corvette when car is cool its 1500 rpms then when it gets up to running temperature which is 190 to 230 degrees the idle go up to 2200 rpms cant find a vacuum leak replaced idle position sensor

There are hoses to the intake manifold. When it does this, remove a hose, plug it up and see if things get better. If they do, that is the point of investigation. If none of that works, it might be the manifold gaskets. All assuming everything is in good shape./

When I had a high idle on my 92, it really helped to be able to read live data from the ECM. Tuner Pro RT (free) and an ALDL cable ($50) let me see what was going on. In my case it was the IACV. But my idle was around 1100 warm.

Without knowing what the EECM is seeing your really at appoint of guessing.

It is almost certainly to much air entering the engine and the ECM adding fuel to balance out.
