Default SR users, do you know....

how long the overal length of the runners and base are? How long are the runners themselves? Anyone have a pic of the inside of the plenum? What is the rpm range of this setup? What size is the stock tb on a SR? Is the SR recomended for use on a 350ci engine? Sorry about the length of this, I'm just really interested in the specs of this setup. THANKS.

Lingenfelter says it works on a 350+, Scorp has shown that it does and works damn good.

I believe they try to get you to get it with a 58mm TB.

Scorp has pictures of all of it.

Oh yeah, he posted some base pics for comparison a while back. Scorp if you read this, would you mind posting the plenum pics if you have them?
I thought that the 58mm tb on a 350 is wrong?
Thanks vader86.

Well they always market it with a 58mm is what i'm saying, I dont know for sure if the stock TB fits on it. I think i would use a 52mm or stocker with it on a 350.

I am using a 48mm, but will be bumping that up to a 52mm very soon. I am in Boston at a training class right now, I'll post the SR pics when I get home. Remind me.

You will lose some tip in throttle response with a 58mm on a 350. I think that even a 383 may not truly benifit, unless you really twist it up (7000rpm).

Yeah i agree, which is why i wonder why they always market it with a 58mm TB.

Well the openings in the plenum are 58mm. Most people find the larger throttle bodies more responsive. Smaller throttle movements allow more air flow with the larger throttlebody. Chip programing might be the reason behind the poor throttle response problems. Not enough fuel for the increased air flow with smaller TPS changes.

I agree, I went from a 58mm to a monoblade. After retuning the ecm, it was noticeably more responsive.
