Is it a high mileage engine?....... maybe too much crankcase pressure.... or ........ a damaged valve cover?......... is it the CORRECT PCV valve?..... I have seen some applications that used different PCVs if they had different rear end gears....... not like yours might be that but could it be incorrect?.... :seeya

The motor has less the 10k on it.
What would cause the valve cover to warp?
Is this a possibility?

After removing the PVC boot and after closer inspection. I see that the valeve cover lip has seperated at the bind.
Time for new valve covers. :D
