two-way vacuum check valve. available at most any auto parts supply house. dorman is probably the most common aftermarket - p/n 47150 - about $5
original GM is long discontinued, but GM does have a service replacement, p/n 15733271. it looks a bit different than OE, and probably costs 3-4X as the dorman
