Default 96 Horn Button Problems

While driving last weekend my horn started blowing by it's self when making left or right turns. To stop it I had to pry the right button up from where the cover meets the wheel.
I got home, parked the car. Ten minutes later horn started blowing continuously. To stop it I had to disconnect both horns from under the hood. Today I got a chance to track down the problem. This is what I found. Can you guys/gals help me locate these parts?

Air bag is simple, just 4 screws from the back of the steering wheel, IIRC they are a #25 torx. I would disconnect the battery about 30 minutes before removing and disconnecting the airbag in the column. The service manual advises this, along with disconnecting the airbag wiring that is under the dash above the hush panel on the drivers side. I haven't had any problems with not disconnecting the wiring above the hush panel when disconnecting the battery 30 minutes before.

Yes, I spent more time getting the right torx driver (T30). Just a matter of turning the wheel to get the driver seated in. First thing I did wad disconnect the battery, don't want to deploy the air bag. That got me thinking how reliable or safe are these 20+ yr old air bags. My car has never been in a accident. Will it work when called upon or will it work when not called upon.

I started with a T25, it'll work. If it's tight you'll round off the screw. I got one out and the T30 was a snug fit, that's where most of my time was spent. Didn't bother with the hush panel just unplugged it from the wheel.
