Default Code 46, VATS. What now?

I have a code 46 present with no starter or injector pulse.
The key is correct. The ignition cylinder is seeing the resistance. (I ohmed it under the steering column) I have already done the resistor trick to simulate the correct key. Also bought a square wave generator from Baker Electronics and hooked it directly to the 229 circuit, dark blue, on the ECM.
Does anyone have
1) a suggestion?
2) a pinout for the CCM
3) A troubleshooting flow chart from a FSM
4) A complete wiring diagram from a FSM
5) A discount card from a Haitian witch doctor
Please help me. I gotta get to work before my employer sells me. (He can't fire me, he's gotta sell me) or my girl kills me. I drive her to work...at least I did until last week.
thank you in advance.

Default Additionally...

Does anyone know if this is a 30hz or 50hz signal from the CCM?

Sheetrock screw has already been "installed" to bypass the start enable relay. (I kind of screwed the screw through the two wires that get joined when the relay is energized. It turns over with the key now but no injectors)
Unfortunately, I can't check the codes on the LCD as it is blank. I had to jump out terminals A and B and get my 46 code off of the flashing "service engine soon" light
Tomorrow I'm going to check ALL of the grounds and 12 vdc inputs to the ECM and the CCM. If I cant get it to go then, I've got to get a VATS-delete EPROM or buy a new CCM...new to ME at least. I doubt a truly new CCM could be obtained. If I go that route I'll have to get keys with the correct pellet for the CCM. This is turning out to be not so fun.

Send in the Haitian Witchdoctor and a couple of pouches of unidentifiable bones.

I was not aware that I could access ccm diagnostics from the data link. I thought that all I could get were the ECM codes. What do I need to do? I have the pinout for the ECM AND the CCM now. Happy days. I will check all my voltages in, and the grounds and await a reply.
Thank you very much for your time. I know it is a precious commodity these days, and I truly appreciate it.
