Source for front Hub bearing assebly needed
Does anyone know a source for the front hub bearing assembly? It's a 96 corvette. I purchased my last pair from autozone for $150 each so finding someone who sells them for close to this price would be a plus. I would rather not pay the dealers inflated price on this item.

Paul,
Go to Pep Boys and get front hubs for a 94 Firebird Formula.
They are the exact same as a Vette, but only $109. I use them
all the time.

I bought mine from TOMS Rear ends..$149.00 look identical to AC delco http://www.tomsdifferentials.com

I bought my 94 Firebird bearings from Orielly for $111 out the door.
Did have to drill the threads out with a bit, but it wasn't a 29/32" (I believe it t be a 29/64).
Did both of mine and they work fine on street and on the track in ABS!

Yeah, get the 94 FB hub from Pep Boys. Use the tech tip link above for instructions. They're great - do NOT tell the parts stores about this trick, I like the FB price the way it is.
