Pretty much only the ABS can isolate each front wheel by itself. It's one line in and a right and left out. So if the other side has no issue then the ABS is likely candidate (given the parts you have already replaced). As a long shot the hard line from the pump to the wheel is available for scrutiny. But that's unlikely given the mileage and probable good condition of the car and it's systems.
I would also ask, how do you know it's sticking since you say it doesn't pull?
If it is an ABS issue is the solution to rebuild or to replace or is there even that option??
No there isn't that option. Your only option for "fixing" anything with the ABS pump is to buy some else's ~30 year old used brake parts and pretend they're new.
So far I have not found anyone that remanufactues the ABS units.. The only replacements that I have found are used ones. and they are expensive and no guarantee they are any better than what I already have. Surely there is a way to fix these units...
There surely isn't. All bosch units of this generation suffer from the same fate no matter what car manufacturer used them. It will only develop more issues as time passes.
The first thing I would try is unplugging it electrically. Perhaps the self test causes the issue and it will actually function as a bypass unplugged. I can tell you from experience mine didn't.
I guess the only real solution is to by pass the whole abs unit by using some sort of other valve like a proportioning valve or something...??... how did you fix yours???
There is already a proportioning valve built into the master cylinder. To bypass the ABS you just need to connect all the lines. A tee for the front and a coupling for the rear. I don't have ABS and voila, I have a great breaking C4 Corvette.
I was able to free mine up a couple years ago. I removed the unit and let it soak in WD-40 for a couple days. Then I figured out which wires under the relays went to which solenoids and activated them on-off with a battery charger until they were all free. Still working fine now. As always, your mileage may vary :-)
I found a place in Australia that repairs Bosch ABS units. Not sure if they'll fix ours or not but I kept the link just in case one day mine goes nuts.
The rubber brake line to the caliper can degrade over time and prevent the fluid from returning through the system. The line can appear ok on the outside but coming apart on the inside. I had one do this. Easy to check remove the line blow compressed air backwards through the line.
