Default When to replace/flush Clutch hydraulic Fluid?

Hey guys, I have a 1989 with a ZF 6-speed. Car has 31,500 miles on it. Should I be thinking about flushing/replacing the Dot 3 in the Clutch system? I opened up the cap on the clutch master cylinder and it is full. With a Popsicle stick I stuck it into the reservoir and it is clear fluid unless I stir up at the bottom and then I get just a little of dark/stained fluid on the end of the stick. Thank you as always for your input.

I'd change it at the same interval that you should flush brake fluid; once a year. It's hygroscopic and absorbs water from the atmosphere. It can look clear, but carry water. I'm lazy so I pull the fluid from the reservoir and replace just that.
