Harmonic Balancer moved
I was changing my opti oil seal and while working the HB moved and I'm not sure I got it on the original location. what kind of damage can happen. too it won't start I don't think I got my MSD vented opti on the lug. 95

The timing chain controls the relationship of the crankshaft assembly and the camshaft and valve train. The balancer is there to absorb vibration it's neutral balanced and not keyed to crank. Don't worry about it.
