If you posted a picture it is not showing. What year is your car? The cooler lines are most likely discontinued from the dealers and they have to be made from tubing or patched.

oh darn ok well its a 1987 c4 and the hose on the bottom right looking from the driver seat that loops under the rad to a y-pip and from that y-pipe is a hose that goes towards the engine into a metal line that goes under the engine and their is another line parallel to the the line thats leaking.

and heres pics.

I'm a little lost by Description but the bottom picture that is not a Factory hose, it appears that you may have a After market Trans Cooler so look up from under front bumper by front of Radiator to see if there is a Cooler tie wrapped or bracketed to AC, if not you may have a Peace of plain bulk stock hose bridging a break or cut line. Also in top picture a Steel line is a bit close to bottom of Crank pulley.

So either keep cooler or remove if you one and make repair and reroute the hose as Stated before either replace cheap hose with cheap hose or do Correctly with Steel Tube (use Compression Flare Tool if possible) also nothing should be below Cross member these cars are low enough without scraping cooler lines on pavement.
