Headlights malfunctioning

Default Headlights malfunctioning
I just got a 94 convertible out of storage and running. It only has 24,000 miles on it. After turning on the headlights a couple of times they start bouncing in either the on position or in the off position. If I have it in the parking lights position no malfunction. Turn them off and even with the key out they are trying to open. Searched the site and no real answers. Car was garage kept in storage. Any help, thanks John

Sounds like the pills / bushings need replaced in the motors. The headlights will chatter as motor slips. Eventually head lights wont fully open or close without help.
