Weatherstrip too thin
Has anyone had problems with weatherstrip being too thin? I bought the piece for the front near the windshield and there is a huge gap, even with the window adjustment all the way forward. I bought the stuff from jc whitney.
I made a homemade shim that's 1/4 aluminum to go under the channel and even that didnt fix it completely.

I had some trouble with deformed weatherstripping and window/door alignment.
This adjustment fixed the properly formed weatherstrip, and the deformed part I shimmed with some small evap hose.
