Tony,
My 84 has given a lot of newer cars a real hard time the last couple of years in the Mid-west and the engine was stock. The Camber-brace had a lot more to do with it than they realized.
Drop me an email with any of your questions or give me a call at 573-756-6954.
It's inexpensive enough to be a no-brainer, but I'm looking for opinions. Is there a noticable improvement in day-to-day, street driving with the camber brace.
Just got mine yesterday on the GP and installed it today in the driveway in about an hour. Definite difference. Wheel doesnt shake nearly as much on all types of bumps , especially when cornering. Brace weighs under 10lbs and looks good. Excellent product , Dave - Oh and the brace arrived about an hour after we spoke on Thursday!! Thanks....... :seeya
Hello all. I'm about this close<> from ordering the camber brace... But i was wondering if it will take up any "slack" or "slop" in the steering? Thanks!

The Camber-brace will not correct or improve your steering if you have defective parts, (ie-tie rods, ball joints, steering shaft) but if everything is in good condition. You will have a noticable difference in your car's steering feedback and control.
I promise, it won't be to much longer on the "Cross-frame".
....
It does criss-cross the frame like the convertible x-frame, mounting at the same location on the front as the convertible, with different mounting in the rear.

Hi Dave.
I have a convertible. Do you intend your x-frame to be an upgrade for verts, or just an add on for people who don't already have one?
Can't say if it helps, the snow was flying when I put it in. It sure looks cool though. It took longer to install (about an hour) because I misread the instructions and was trying to slide it in from the passenger side. Also had to unload the weight off from one wheel to get the upper support bolt in. Very high quality, good looking piece.
I would like one of the camber braces. Of course I am i Hawaii. I will email you . So, am I still able to get the GP price?
Steve,
No problem on th GP price, although I will have to use USPS for shipping to be able to honor the pricing. If you want it quicker, give me a call and we can work something out.
