1984 corvette chips
I know theres mods i can do, but if i go over the specs like a bigger cam then aloud.
Is there a performance chip i could buy that would

To.a point. There are tuning sites with information, for how to DIY tuning. There are also tuners who will work with you to get an acceptable tune. Lastly a dyno tuner where you bring the car to them. With an 84, resources will start going away if you wait to long.

On an 84, a chip will really not do much for you. If you want to get the most from the engine (keeping things reasonable priced) put your money into 1) basic tune, 2) intake swap/porting, headers and exhaust.
