Default Yes but not quite

Ok so i had a issue with my security system on my 84. I pulled the fuse👍 problem solved
20 or so minutes later i was standing by it with my father and the horn started just blasting no rhyme or reason that i know.
Any one care to drop some knowledge on a young corvette owner???

Factory alarm arms by pressing power lock switch to lock. Security light should stop flashing and go out a few seconds when all doors are closed. Alarm is disarmed with door key or power door switch pressed to unlock. Security light flashes when alarm is disarmed when door is open. Flashing with doors closed indicates fault.
