Clutch Noise?
A friend of mine has a '92 C4 and he is having problems with his clutch. When he pushes the clutch in it makes a high pitch whine, it only does this when the car is cold once it warms up it doesn't make the noise anymore.
Any ideas on what it is?

I'm thinking throw-out bearing. I'm sure some else can chime in too...
