ALCL diagnostic mode

Hello everybody,

I am working on my 1985 Corvette. I jumpered the A and B terminals on my ALCL and the check engine light did not appear. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong.

Thank you so much. Like I said the previous owner made a change or two to the wiring. Thank car is running. Now I want to get the idle to 700 where it belongs. Thanks again
