Coolant Temp sensor ??????????
Would like to know if the coolant temp sensor is also the
fan switch, is it one in the same. The gauge is not working so how can I test the coolant sensor. Thanks

The sensor in front of the engine sends coolant temp to the ECM. The guage reads coolant temp from a sensor on the right side engine block between spark plugs 6 and 8.

Replace the fan switch...should be in the pass. side head.......start at 180*
off at 160* with a 160 thermostat....works for me.....should be the same for you....whatever????????
