Did you check plugs and wires too? Any other car I'd say it's easier to swap those, but the LT1 is a PITA to change!
If it's a miss the easiest way to figure out the cylinder is to unplug and replace the injector plugs. If the idle drops, that cylinder is missing. If the idle doesn't change, you found the problem cylinder.
