Default AC operation

Hi all. Just put my first vette on the road today. It’s a 94 LT1. What I can’t figure out is how to turn the AC on. I didn’t get an owners manual with it and the previous owner doesn’t remember how to do it cause he drove the car so little. I turned the temp down as low as it would go, to 60 degrees. Is it as simple as that? If it is, then my AC isn’t working cause it didn’t blow cold. Thanks for any help. I appreciate it.

Auto should have AC with ambient temperature over 40*F. 60 would be maximum cold, in car temperature sensor is overriden. 90 maximum heat. 65-85 climate control will attempt to match im car temperature to desired temperature.
