Default Use new Bilstein bushing or old OEM on new shocks?

Pretty much what the title says. I bought a set of Bilstein HD shocks for my non-Z51 1992, and while most things line up nice, the OEM bushings and the new Bilstein replacement ones that came with the shocks are not the same. Whether they are a generic use item, or match what came on the Z51s, I cannot say, but I am trying to figure out if they are fine to use or if I should just stick with the OEM. The OEM are not in bad shape, but it is getting new bushings all around, so I don't really want to reuse them if there is no need.

So, any ideas?

I installed FX3 shocks and used the new bushings. Rubber stuff I really don't like to reuse. Kinda like condoms.

I bought the pin top shock mounts from Banski Motorsports, pricey ? yes. worth it ? absolutely. I just installed new Z51 (the equivalent new ones) Bilsteins and with these, the ride is not harsh like it was, the shocks work, not the bushings, then the shocks.

40 years ago I was making teflon bushings for the 65 I had. worked great then, work great now

Just re-use original bushings if they're are not damaged. IDK what the replacement bushings are for; definitely not a LT1 C4.

Does it even fit? If not, I'd call Bilstein. I really hate to reuse my old rubbers.

Try flipping the new bushings over and see if they fit better. Or you can notch them yourself so they stay centered in the frame mount -- I assume that's what your concern is...?

They fit, they were a bit taller than OEM and shaped a bit different but they compressed quite a bit and went together well. I just used them.
