C4 headlights manual adjuster
Hey guys I was tearing apart my new c4 today bc the headlights be fucked. The nylong gears and bushings were toast ! Should I put in brass ones ? But anyway my question relates to the two tiny springs anf metal ball that was inside the manual adjuster ? How in the **** do I put them back inside as I have no idea how they situate within the mechanism and are they that important thanks in advance ???

I think I have a spare motor, I'll pull apart and do some pictures.
Which side are you working on?

Both sides the bushings were like dust I ordered parts off eBay the headlight motor has a little stator with magnets i figured out the springs go on the inside had to ise mechanic picks to hold back the springs while my wife actually put the part with the windings back in what a huge pain in the ***
