Is this the piece I need to remove to clean contacts to make my wipers work correctly? If so something is wrong because cleaning those two contacts isn't working. Arrows are the places I have been cleaning.
That would be pulse module. Corrosion on pads or contacts can cause wipers to operate incorrectly. The screw for ground tab needs to be tight. Usually the delay and low are inop or wipers have turn to high to come on and then back to low..
That looks good I have done the wiper cover repair with success, the only time I heard of wipers not turning off was replacing cover with wrong part number.
I suppose I would look at the switch after that.

I just had the door panel off right before this, trying to figure out why the window wouldn't go down all the way.
