Anyone know what these are?
I know they are factory on the center trim console and all the info I can find is "corvette shift boot retaining nut". I'm wanting to find these in different sizes as I want to use them for my dash restoration by using them on a lot of the skeleton portions that are prone to cracking. Seems it will help hold things more secure and less prone to the fittings to break. I've gotta assume it's not a unique part to the shift boot of a corvette so if anyone knows the real name of them and where I could get them I'd be very grateful.

They're similar to a clip-nut... I forget what they're called.... actually clip nut may be right. They make press in ones too... maybe try that? Mcmaster's carr would be a good place to look.

That is an On-Sert
Years ago I bought several from a vendor in TN or KY. Inexpensive but quanities killed multiple sizing purchase. They are out there. I bought sizes that weren't on this link that I supplied you! I don't recall who the vendor was. I've posted previously but don't see a direct link to the vendor I used.

These people may have referred me because I was looking for Metric spec at the time.
