Default 1995 Corvette LT1

I just purchased my 95’ corvette a few weeks ago. So I decided to take it out the garage one day and wash it up and take a nice ride. Later that night I ignored a symptom, which was when I gave it gas it seemed to want to stall so I let off the gas, but 3 seconds later everything went back to normal! I left it out over night bc I was blocking the garage with my other vehicle and it rained a bit! So the next morning I drive it to work, and I ignored that same symptom! Thinking I was just going to drive it to the shop once I get off work! Well that day at work it rained pretty much all day! (8hours)
so when I got off I started the car and drove for about 10 seconds and BOOOM, That same symptom! But that time the car actually stalled! I proceeded to start the car and it would just immediately stall. After going through that about 10xs the battery died for some reason!
So I purchased a new battery and got it towed to a shop! There was water in the gas! So we got all the water out, put fresh gas and still nothing! It wouldn’t even turn over, just crank! So I replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and all 8 injectors and put a little more gas! It actually starts now a little rough at idle, but the minute I press the gas it kills and when I release I hear popping noises!
Not to mention every time I get back to the car the battery is dead and I’d have to jump start it.

I NEED HELP!!!

Welcome! Cranking is literally the engine turning over or spinning. The term cranking remains from when you turned a hand crank to start it. So what you have is cranking/turning over. What you don't have is firing. Or didn't until all the fuel system work.

I'm wholly unconvinced that all the water is out. I would pull the fuel return line and pump fuel through into a clear container and check it for water. I'd want to know where the water came from. Did you fill up with contaminated fuel? Was your gas cap missing and your washing the car and the rain storm put water in the fuel tank? Knowing would be helpful to preventing it from happening again.

Were the spark plugs replaced?

Also, your car will readily tell you the battery voltage. Press the gauges button until Volts are displayed. If the voltage doesn't come up to over 14 when running you need to troubleshoot the charging problem.
