1993 ruby unknown connector behind halo panel light

1993 ruby unknown connector behind halo panel light
I was repairing my halo panel which has a crack and noticed on the passenger side I believe, hell could be drivers....I dunno, but one of the sides had a small 2 pin black connector. It has a blue and black wire going to it. It was literally right behind the bulb assembly in the halo panel, anyone have any idea what it might be? I didn't see it on the other side (and I looked) so I'm wondering where it goes or does. Everything that I'm aware of in the car works, so it's more like.......why is this here?
I have the service manuals for the car, but I'm not exactly sure what to look for or call it since I have no idea where it comes from or goes.
Figured someone might recall.
