An item I'm starting to research with my 91 is the issue with the power seats and auto door locks not working. The one thing found in common with the two is that they run through the 30 amp PWR ACCY breaker. When the breaker is in it just trips and resets over and over. The 15 amp fuse for the power door lock is fine. For the seats the diagram shows a Diode in the harness for the seats.

Any advise from the any of you on where I should be looking. I have the FSM, but I get lost going through the diagrams.

What about pulling the seats and looking for pinched wires?

you know about the fuses under the passenger kick panel right?

Yes, that is where the power door lock fuse is. I also checked the connector under each seat.

Is it possible to replace the breaker?

hook your multimeter up to see if power is being drawn though that circuit. Most meters are 10 amp max I think so be careful.

Maybe make an in-line fuse holder with a 30 amp fuse and see if that blows? Rig it up with two male spade terminals and plug it in where the breaker goes?

Since the door lock fuse is not blown can I be safe in saying it must be a short somewhere in the power seat wiring??

You could unplug both seats and see of the breaker stays set to help isolate the issue.

Already tried that and the breaker still keep tripping and resetting. That's why I'm thinking it must be in the wire run between the breaker and seat connector, but as a said before the charts in the FSM make me go brain dead.

You tried unplugging seats but, did you pull the seat frame from car. I have seen wire chafe where wires go under seat tracks
