Welcome to the forums!
If I were buying, I'd got right to the classifieds section of this forum, and find one of the many "part outs". I'd find one that is a '-92-'96 car and I'd message the seller about the hub/damper. If that didn't work, I'd look on eBay.
I bet you could find a good used hub in less than 20 minutes of looking.

damper and hub should be the same, 'Vette or F-body. Shouldn't matter. 4 tooth crank wheel is not part of the hub.

The hub is the same.... the damper/pulley is different between F body and Y body LTX engines.
96 is a 1 year specific part for the Y body hub. Same hub was used in 96 and 97 in the F body. Its shorter to accommodate the crank position reluctor ring.

If you cannot find a GM factory hub, you can buy a new aftermarket billet hub. It's made by Pioneer/Power Bond for Jegs.

You can also buy a new damper/pulley. It's a stock replacement part made by Dorman. FYI Pioneer/Power Bond does not mfgr the correct damper/pulley for the Y body and this Dorman is the only option except a real racing damper and hub assembly from ATI.

I have used these many times on LTX builds where the customer did not have the $$$ for the ATI damper. These 2 parts work together and the stock damper/pulley also fits on the billet hub. For the Corvette Y body, you will need to remove the roll pin in the billet hub with the Dorman and factory damper/pulley but the last hub I used (2 months ago) didn't even have the roll pin.
I hope this gives you guys some options on fixing these older LTX engines.
