messed up alignment after doing axle work???????????????????
ok i changed my rear passenger side axle, hub/bearing, dog arms, and that thing the hub bolts into. I had the car jacked up for a while pretty high, when i took it out for a drive the steering wheel was off about 2" to the left. I don't understand how this happened since i didn't even touch the front!! anyone have any help here? i buy  for whoever helps me

Go get an alignment.... Not sure what all to removed and or replaced but yes the rear does effect the front. It is now tryin to compensate for the rear...
Re: messed up alignment after doing axle work??????????????????? (fsr402)
it drove straight before i changed everything, i could take the wheel and move it up and down atleast 4", how does putting in a good hub mess it up? could i maybe adjust the toe in-toe out on the rear passenger wheel since that is what i changed?

The lower spindle rod goes from the the outside of the car (at the hub) to the inside of the car (to the differential). At the differential is a eccentric for that wheels camber...which if disturbed will change the camber and the toe of that wheel. So along with your new parts correcting the sloppy suspension, you may have tweaked the original alignment too.
