Default Opti SPark cap/rotor/wires etc.

Just got my LT-4 back from the machine shop. Its time to assemble and re-install into my 96. The Opti was fine but all original. So clearly I need to put in new plugs, wires cap and rotor. Ive used MSD products a lot but I have read that its all Chinese junk now. If thats true, what brand do you guys have the best luck with?

Also, can you give some plug recommendations?

30 over block
stock crank and heads, vales, Lunati spring kit
zero piston deck
40 ish quench (MLS gasket)
11:1 Manley forged pistons and H-beam rods
AP stainless rings file fit to 150 shot (max) plate system
Lloyd Elliot custom cam (227/235, 565/579, 110 LSA)
Hooker long tubes

Thanks!

I think the MSD cap and rotor are good - just not their actual distributor. The Opti Doc guy on eBay uses their cap and rotor. My car has had 10mm Taylor wires forever, and they work well. I run NGK 3951 TR55 plugs gapped at .035" and have had good luck with them. I think stock heat range is the TR6, so I'm running a half step colder. You could use either.
