Default Injector Issue

I have been fighting with a miss on a L98. I have changed the coil, rotor and distributor cap but it still is missing. It doesn't feel like a cylinder and it is not constant. I checked each injector with a ohm meter and found all are at the 17.4 range except 2. Those are 8.9 and 14.6 ohms. Would this be a good place to start? I am still getting a EGR code and I had the EGR vacuum tested and it would not hold any vacuum.

I don't want to spend a bunch of money on parts if they might not be the problem.

Thoughts??

The injectors need to match resistance. You need to replace those two. Especially the 8 ohm. Gordon Killabrew , Mr. Corvette, was talking to me last week. The resistance is very important to the injector and the ECM communicating correctly

If they aren't matched, probably would replace all 8 and the FPR while I am at it. Also, if you have a Cold start, send it out for service since you have everything off. Good time to clean the TB thoroughly with the IAC housing off.
