Dead 87 Corvette won't start
Won't start even with new battery. Please help me understand with step by step instructions on what I need to do. 1987 corvette has been in garage and has low miles with maintenance care. My father passed away and l have it now. I've got to get this Vette running. Battery is new. I have no manual and don't have a idea where the fuse/relays are located. Please help.

Let's start sooner. When you turn the key (not all the way to start), does the dashboard light up? After 5 seconds or so, what lights are still on? Check the screen in the center above the radio too, it should have no lights.
