Cabin - No Power
Got myself copies of the FSM and Electrical Supplement for my 1984 C4, as well as the standard-issue owners' manual and am going to start hunting electrical problems, armed with my digital multimeter. But I wanted to see if the symptoms I'm having ring a bell for anyone who might be able to recommend where I may want to start troubleshooting.
Right now, I have no electrical power in most of the cabin. So, no courtesy lamps when I open the doors, no wipers, no cigarette lighter, no power going to the recessed rear hatch button in the driver's door, no passenger visor mirror lights, no power locks and no power to control the left sideview mirror. I also have no courtesy lights when I pop the engine hood either. The radio works, LED dash panels work, the right mirror control works and so do the power windows.
Based on this, does this sound like I have a common problem for all these symptoms, i.e., is there a wiring harness for which all these systems are powered that somehow may have disconnected?
I'm off to go read about fuses and wiper motor covers.....
Thanks friends,
Chris

This ring any bells for anyone?
I'll replace these all later.
