Cowl Induction Hood Scoops ???

I've seen 2 in my life and both were custom jobs... one was simply a high rise version of the stock hood. The fender arches massaged and the center mini cowl raised a couple inches. Looked more like a C3 nose imo. The other was a stinger style hood. Again, not exactly useful but I've seen em. They supposedly functioned well...

Im fabbing a shaker style for mine. Sure youve seen pics of my big *** hole in my hood....But if all else fails ive eyed the add-on cowl piece that all the companies sell. Matches hood pretty nice (from pics). Id bond it and smooth the sides so it looks like it grew there.....Always have a backup plan lol

I used a Glasstek 6" cowl bonded on. Was surprised by how easy it was to fit up to the stock hood. Info here.

I bought an L88 scoop from http://up22.com/ for around $100 and bonded it to the stock C4 hood. It took a LOT of work though.

I will have to say that the C4 Hood must be by far the longest Corvette production run with little or no change. Some changes inside with no changes out side. Lots of Hood Changes before the C4, lots after.
