Yes, they will fit just fine. This is identical to the 1996 Grand Sport factory wheel fitment. The proper size tire for the rear is 315/35/17, and the proper size for the front is 275/40/17.
There are only a few choices in the rear tire size, so do your homework and make sure you can get a matching set of front and rear tires that you like before committing to buy these wheels. You are probably limited to Sumitomo HTR Z, Nitto 555 G2 and Motivo,Goodyear Eagle F1, and Mickey Thompson Street Comp.

It will fit well, same as for the 17s. The wheel diameter doesn't really change anything as long as you stick with a tire that's similar in diameter. For a 315/30/18, that's the same dimensions as 315/35/17 except for the wheel diameter. But there are very few street tire options in that size. On an 18x11 wheel, you could also use 285/35 or 295/35 tires, which would give you a lot more choices.
