Default What is this

so was changing out my MAF for the JET performance one and notice this tube dry rotted anyone know where it goes

There are a number of tubes in that photo but I will assume that you are talking about the one running rearward from the intake bellows. That is the fresh air source for the vented optispark distributor. It runs to the distributor and if it's not connected then you probably have a vacuum leak while running, as well as a very small amount of "dirty" air coming into the intake through the pictured tube. Properly routed, that tube runs from the intake bellows to the distributor and another tube runs from the distributor to the vacuum source which is on front of the intake manifold.
Also I noticed that your MAF is tilted. Might not affect function but every other LTX I've seen the flat top area is mounted level.

yeah that's the hose the maf I put it just like the other came out guess ill check out some other pictures of other maf
