Default 94 - Where Does this Bracket Go

I just finished replacing the evaporator and all is done. I have this one left over bracket and if I took it off I would know where it went. When I disassembled everything and laid each piece down, I think it was stuck to one of the pieces and fell off because I found it in the pile of parts with everything else.

I'm guessing it came from the front wheel fender. But I can't see where it would mount or what it would hold up. No FSM or internet has been much help. I can go to a car show and look at a 94 but would like to see if anyone can ID the location. A picture would be great.

My car is put away so I can't take a pic, but could this bracket perhaps be a hose hanger?

All my nuts and bolts were in labeled cups and all are accounted for in the right location. So the brackets have to be held by an existing bolt and not a separate bolt for it.

If you look at the first picture, you will see a horizontal bracket attached to the fire wall. But it's doing nothing and it's has a small plastic clamp on the end of the upper surface. I'm not even sure that even goes there but at first I thought it did. (It is bolted to the stud and nut that bolts the evaporator to the firewall. It is just to the right of the fan controller module.)

In the second picture I thought the bracket in might bolt to the inner fender somewhere holding up some of the hoses but I can find any hole or an existing bolt to attach to that would make any positioning sense.

I think I figured out where the bracket goes after staring at it for several days. I thought it had fallen off the fender but was not sure. I removed the top fender screw and slid it under the nut clip (on the back side) which it fit perfectly with its angles. I was playing with that for a while but it only looked like it would go in horizontal but with the screw out it went in vertical and everything just came together.

This is probably the most un-noticed piece under the hood cause as you stand along the tire you generally don’t look straight down. So I believe it's in the right place and I'm a happy camper again.
Thanks for the suggestions

Looking straight down it's really hidden and hardly noticed.

you are correct, it holds the hoses on the passenger side...and it is almost invisible.
