Here goes: When I start moving, and get up to 10mph(when the car is supposed to shift to 2nd) the car will not shift, it will just let the revs build, then eventually shift. Either that or I will let off the gas and it will shift.
Also when I am going over 100 and it shifts into 4th, it will kind of slip back into 3rd sometimes.
Please help, what could this be: Torque converter, rear end gears, driveshaft, or *gasp* tranny itself?

Check your TV (Throttle Valve) cable. If this is out of adjustment, it might not want to upshift untill reaching high rpms, and backing out of the throttle quickly. And it'll power downshift before it's supposed to.
It controls your shift points based on throttle position. :chevy
