You are good. Lean would be ash colored.

I think the flash is over saturating the pic. A nice dull light brown is what you want. Looks like what you have. As stated above, lean would be a bit ashey and white. While it looks a bit lean in the pic, I don't see that so I am going to go with the flash washing the colors a bit and say you are good.

What is your O2/BLMs saying?

I was thinking about bumping up my 383 stroker to 24 lb Ford injectors with an adjustable fuel regulator

Don't buy the Holley LT1 unit. I had two fail in 6 weeks.

I think your spark plugs look "fine", Golden-light brown is a good thing to see.

Of course this is coming from a Color Blind Individual...
