Default Problems with Tunercat....need help

all i have programmed is the rear end ratio change and the cooling fan operating temps. The speedo correction is fine...but now the car wont shift at wide open throttle...which puzzles me. These cars do not shift by mph. I found this out experementing with an HPP one time. Also i know this becuase i can run the stock programming where the speedo is WAY off and the car shifts fine....but my speedo is too far off to tolerate. They shift by rpm. So why wont the car shift now that i have the speedo corrected? it shouldnt have altered shift patterns at all?
anyone have any ideas?

I used tuner cat to set my speedo with bad results. The speedometer would only read zero MPH. I had to go in and guess the value needed.

Try taking the stock programming and change the Speedometer scalar. fraction in the ecm constants table as follows.

new value = (stock value) x (New Gear Ratio)/(Old Gear Ratio).

I told tuner cat about it but I don't think they made any changes.
